Mel Jeter, Founder and C.E.O.
Mel is a retired FBI veteran, and he is directly responsible for the hiring and training of all security personnel for Charter Security Services, Inc. Mel is certified by the state of Georgia to train newly recruited security guard personnel, as well as to update qualifications of experienced security guards.
Bill Sisk, Vice President and C.O.O.
Bill retired from Levi Strauss and Company after some 27 years of service. Bill is educated in Business Administration and is responsible for the daily operation and management of Charter Security Services, Inc.
